Processing & Shipping Times

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• We ship from the United States and offer domestic and international shipping.
• Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Exchanges & Returns

• We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
• To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
• If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim.
